Shandong Bohui Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 and is headquartered in the city of Zibo, Shandong. The company was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2004 (A-share code: 600966). As of August 2020, it is the only A-share listed entity under APP China. The company currently has a registered capital of RMB 1.34 billion, two production bases in Shandong and Jiangsu.

Its major products include ivory board, culture paper, box board, and gypsum protective paper. Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd.
One of the world's largest producers of high-end packaging paper

Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. is located in the Qingzhi Industrial Zone in the city of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. A total of RMB 11.8 billion has been invested in the project, with construction carried out in stages. The first-stage development has a production capacity of 1 million tons and was completed at the end of 2004; the second-stage has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons and was put into production at the end of June 2014. Today, Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper is home to a total of more than 1,400 employees.

Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper is equipped with two large modern paper machines, the world's most complete QCS quality control system, and the world's leading DCS automation control system. Among these, one of the machines has the world's largest single-machine paperboard capacity and features highly advanced production technology. In July 2021, Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper's new chemimechanical pulp production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons was officially put into operation and successfully produced pulp. While replacing the original waste paper deinking line, it further improved the resource utilization efficiency and environmental protection level.

Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper mainly produces high-end coated white card, copperplate card, playing card paper, cigarette paper and other product lines. Its Jincai single-sided coated white card has a unique antibacterial function that makes it suitable for various commodity packaging that requires antibacterial protection. Its white paperboard series of products are also China Environmental Labelling Type II certified.

Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd.
One of the first Integrated Plantation-Pulp-Paper green recycling industry bases in China

As one of the first Integrated Plantation-Pulp-Paper companies in China, Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2003 and is located in the Jinguang Industrial Park in Qinzhou City, Guangxi.

Guangxi Jingui covers an area of 220 hectares and currently employees nearly 1,800 employees. With investment of RMB 11.7 billion, the first-phase of the project has a current production scope of 750,000 tons of pulp and 1 million tons of paper. The planned investment for the second phase of the project is approximately RMB 11.35 billion and consists of three sub-projects: 1.8 million tons capacity of high-end cardboard; an annual output capacity of 300,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide (concentration 27.5%); and an expansion of 750,000 tons of chemimechanical pulp in annual output.
